Not all appetite suppressants work . There are appetite suppressants that are only good as advertised but it is not effective and yet some users still crave for food. Appetite suppressants are supposed to suppress appetite and make you feel you are full. However at some instance where people who eat more than they should gain weight. If you feel full you consumed less food and thus weight loss will occur.
